How the network works
Associates are contracted to specific engagements where specialist depth is required — charity law, pensions, safeguarding, data protection or sector-specific commissioning.
Standards
Every associate works to our engagement standards, conflict-of-interest policy and quality review process. Client-facing outputs are reviewed by a director before release.
Joining the network
We recruit associates twice a year. We look for practitioners with direct delivery experience, not only advisory backgrounds.
