Crescent Covenant CIC
Directors of a community interest company in a board meeting

Planning period 1 April 2026 – 31 March 2029

Impact Plan 2026–2029

Our published measurement commitments for the first three years, prepared under the Procurement Act's social value expectations.

Summary

What this plan commits us to

Crescent Covenant CIC is newly established, so this document sets out method and intent rather than results. It states the indicators we will report against, the standards we will value outcomes under, the assurance we will apply before publication, and the limitations we already know our method carries. Results will follow the delivery they describe: an interim report at six months, then a full annual impact report with a methodology appendix.

Forward priorities

  1. Priority 01

    Publish before we claim

Method, indicators and limitations are published ahead of delivery so no figure can be retrofitted to a favourable narrative.

  2. Priority 02

    Reach full independent assurance

Every published social value figure reviewed by someone outside the engagement before it leaves the organisation.

  3. Priority 03

    Release frameworks openly

Formation, governance and measurement frameworks published as free resources so organisations can act without engaging us.

  4. Priority 04

    Build compliance early-warning

A low-cost CIC34 and CIC36 filing health-check aimed at preventing regulator enforcement before it starts.

Questions about our method

We publish method, indicators and limitations before results. If something does not hold up for you, ask us and we will show the working.
