Board and committees
The board meets quarterly with a finance and audit committee and a community accountability panel reporting into it.
Delegation
A scheme of delegation defines executive authority limits for spend, contracting, partnership and staffing, with reserved matters retained by the board.
Risk and assurance
A live risk register is reviewed at every board meeting, with an annual independent review of controls and safeguarding practice.
