Organisation
Values & Principles
Four principles govern how we take work, how we advise and what we are willing to claim.
On this page
- Community benefit first
- Rigour over rhetoric
- Structural honesty
- Proportionate practice
Community benefit first
The asset lock is not a formality. Every engagement is tested against the community it is meant to serve, and we decline work that would use community benefit as decoration.
Rigour over rhetoric
We publish method, data and limitations. Claims that cannot be evidenced are not made — in our reporting or in our clients'.
Structural honesty
We tell organisations what is actually wrong, including when the correct answer is not to hire us, to merge, or to close.
Proportionate practice
A £40,000 community group and a national contractor need very different governance. We calibrate rather than impose.
