Partnerships built on named commitments, not logos on a page.

We work with corporate partners, charities and community organisations on partnerships that specify exactly what each side offers and asks for, reviewed annually rather than left to renew by default.

Models

Three partnership routes

Corporate Partners

Employers, developers, housing associations and contractors

Employers seeking a credible, well-governed route to deliver social value commitments, employee volunteering and community investment in the areas where they operate or bid for contracts.

What we bring

  • Structured social value delivery and reporting
  • Employee volunteering programme design
  • Access to a vetted community and charity network
  • Independent evidence for procurement and ESG reporting

What we ask

  • A minimum 12-month commitment
  • A named executive sponsor
  • Transparent reporting on funding and outcomes
  • Employee time released for volunteering days

Charity & CIC Partners

Registered charities and CICs delivering local services

Smaller charities and CICs who deliver frontline services and want a peer relationship offering practical support, shared learning and joint funding applications rather than a client relationship.

What we bring

  • Discounted or funded advisory support
  • Joint funding application development
  • Peer learning sessions with similar organisations
  • Introductions to corporate and funder partners

What we ask

  • Sharing outcomes data on agreed terms
  • Participation in at least one joint funding bid per year
  • A named contact for the partnership
  • Honest reporting on what has not worked

Community Partners

Residents' groups, mutual aid networks and informal organisers

Residents' associations, mutual aid groups and informal networks who want a standing relationship with us for advice, referrals and joint delivery without a formal commissioning arrangement.

What we bring

  • Ongoing informal advisory access
  • Referral into funded programme places
  • Joint delivery of local events and consultations
  • A route into formal governance if the group chooses to formalise

What we ask

  • A named point of contact
  • Feedback on programmes delivered in their area
  • Reasonable notice for joint events
  • Willingness to be referenced anonymously in reporting

Ecosystem

The four-layer partnership model

Corporate resource, intermediary capability, delivery organisations and residents, connected by a single shared measurement framework.

Anchor institutions

Funders and strategic partners

Corporate partners, local authorities and grant-making trusts providing the funding and commissioning relationships that underpin the network.

Delivery partners

Charities and CICs

Registered organisations delivering frontline services, often supported through our advisory packages and joint funding work.

Community layer

Residents and informal groups

Community organisers, mutual aid networks and residents' associations closest to the people our work is intended to reach.

People

Members and volunteers

Individuals holding membership or volunteering roles who connect the other three layers and hold the network accountable at the AGM.

Process

How a partnership is formed

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

A scoping call to understand what you want from a partnership and whether our network is the right fit.

  2. 02

    Partnership agreement

A short written agreement setting out offers, asks, duration and review date, signed by both parties before any work begins.

  3. 03

    Launch and introductions

We make relevant introductions across the network and agree a communications plan for announcing the partnership.

  4. 04

    Annual review

Every partnership is reviewed annually against its original agreement, with an honest conversation about renewal, adjustment or ending it.
