Mission
We strengthen the structures behind social impact: governance, strategy, measurement and partnership. Our purpose is to make community organisations credible, durable and fundable.
Vision
A UK in which community organisations operate with the same structural discipline as the institutions that fund and commission them — and in which corporate social value is genuinely felt in the places it names.
Theory of change
Stronger structure attracts sustained investment. Sustained investment enables consistent delivery. Consistent delivery, properly evidenced, changes what commissioners and funders are willing to back.
