Measurement basis
Outcomes are measured using HACT social value banks and the National TOMs framework, with primary data collected at delivery point.
Outcome areas
Employment and skills, health and wellbeing, community capacity and youth provision — each with named indicators agreed with the organisation before delivery begins.
Limitations
Attribution in place-based work is imperfect. We publish confidence levels and exclude value we cannot reasonably attribute to the intervention.
